The President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place in Ankara on Tuesday 22 May killing and injuring many innocent people.

Mr. Lello, speaking at the NATO PA Spring Session in Madeira, expressed to the Turkish people his condolences and the solidarity of all NATO legislators. He also stressed the need to pursue the struggle against terrorism with renewed determination.
