NATO PA President John Tanner today addressed over 270 parliamentarians at the annual winter meeting in Vienna of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) which brings together representatives from North America, Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia. |

President Tanner called upon nations to cooperate in addressing the global financial crisis and not give in to nationalist or protectionist pressures.
