The NATO Parliamentary Assembly's newly elected President Karl A. Lamers (Germany) will address the NATO Summit in Lisbon today. Dr Lamers will address three points of key relevance to NATO PA legislators: the new Strategic Concept, the Alliance’s role in Afghanistan, and public communication. |
