Biography

Andrea Crippa has been an activist of the Northern League since a very young age; in the 2012 local elections, he was elected Municipal Councillor in Lissone and, in June 2012, he became Matteo Salvini's assistant in the European Parliament. In 2015 he became federal coordinator of the Movimento Giovani Padani, a position he held until September 2019. In April 2019 Salvini appointed him as Deputy Federal Secretary of the League, with responsibility for organisation. He has been a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies since 2018; he is a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. He has been a member of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly since 2023; he is a member of the Defence and Security Committee. Crippa was born in Monza on 10 May 1986; he graduated in Political Science from the Sacro Cuore Catholic University of Milan.
