Madrid 2022 Press Accreditation

Session programme

Media wishing to cover the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Annual Session must send their accreditation request by e-mail to [email protected]. Accreditation requests must be submitted between November 7-16,  at the latest 5pm CET on the 16th.

Accreditation will be granted on a one-day pass basis which will be handed each day upon presentation of your ID document, at the press desk located at the far end of the lobby. Requests must be sent from the relevant media corporate e-mail. Each request must include:

• Name, surname, date of birth, nationality and a copy of the ID of the relevant media representatives wishing to attend the session.
• Job title (editor, photographer, camera operator) and the dates for which the accreditation is being requested, see press programme below.
• Passport photo jpg format (200x260 mm and 300 ppp resolution).
• Duly completed and signed data protection form (available only in Spanish).

Once accredited, we kindly ask journalists to wear their one-day accreditation cards and have them visible at all times.
