In 1996-1999 he worked in Ministry of National Defence as a specialist, and then as a senior specialist in Strategic-Defence Planning Division of the Defence System Department.

Graduate of the Institute of Institute of International Relations of the University of Warsaw and Faculty of Land Forces of National Defence University (command and staff).
