Governments and private agencies continue to hone their abilities to utilise the space domain at a rapid pace. Long-range satellite communications and data transfers weave the globe’s highly complex $78 trillion economy together and allow national defence forces to train and operate. As private industry moves quickly to become a central player in the space domain, the benefits of space investment are expanding to a proliferation of actors allowing for the rapid privatisation and democratisation of the domain.
